Job summary

Cloudbeds is seeking a Manager, HRBP to partner with North America and Canada leaders, shaping People strategy and organizational effectiveness. You will oversee HRBP for Customer Success & Onboarding, drive leadership development, and guide culture in a remote-first environment.

In this strategic role, you’ll work with HRBPs, People Ops, Talent Acquisition, Payroll, Workday, and senior leaders across regions to ensure compliant processes and data accuracy, while coaching leaders and guiding

Qualifications

Progressive HRBP, HR Manager, or senior HR Generalist experience.
Certification in HR (PHR) or SHRM-CP is a strong plus.
Experience supporting CS & Onboarding organizations.
Excellent communication across cultures and time zones.

Responsibilities

Strategic HR partnership with Customer Success & Onboarding leadership across NORAM.
Lead organizational design, workforce planning, leadership coaching, and change initiatives.
Provide strategic insights to build inclusive, high-performing teams.
Maintain confidential data and ensure compliance across regions and contractor lifecycle.
