Job summary

New Relic is seeking a Senior HR Business Partner to join our Global HRBP team, supporting Engineering, Product, and Design. This US-based remote role balances strategic advisory to VP+ leaders with regional accountability for North America.

You will shape organizational design, workforce planning, and talent strategies across global hubs, partnering with COEs, FP&A, and Legal to enable scale and performance within a fast-paced SaaS environment.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of progressive HR experience, supporting Engineering/Product/Design or core technical functions in a fast-paced environment.
• Global experience supporting engineering footprints across international hubs.
• Experience coaching executive leadership and managing employee relations in tech environments.
• Tech and SaaS acumen; able to discuss engineering roadmaps, product priorities, and talent strategy with senior leaders.
• Global mindset with ability to align global priorities with regional execution across matrix structures.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic advisory and coaching to EPD leaders (VP+), translating roadmaps into talent strategies.
• Design scalable team topologies, agile operating models, and resource allocation to boost engineering velocity.
• Lead multi-quarter workforce planning, succession modeling, and talent density strategies across global hubs.
• Drive cross-functional change management initiatives with high trust and minimal disruption to delivery.
• Leveraging workforce metrics to diagnose risks and deliver proactive business solutions.
• Partner with COEs and cross-functional teams to deliver integrated regional people solutions.
