Job summary

Cloudbeds is seeking a Manager, HRBP to partner with senior leaders across North America and Canada in a fully remote capacity. You will shape organizational effectiveness, strengthen leadership capability, and influence our global People strategy while safeguarding confidentiality.

You will work with HRBPs, People Ops, Talent Acquisition, Payroll, Workday, and senior leadership to drive inclusive, high-performing teams across regions and time zones.

Qualifications

• Experience as HRBP in a global or multi-region organization.
• Ability to work across time zones and remote teams.
• Strong analytical and data-driven approach.
• Familiarity with Workday and HR systems.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary HRBP for the Customer Success & Onboarding function, aligning People strategies with business needs.
• Lead organizational design, workforce planning, leadership coaching, talent programs, and change initiatives.
• Provide strategic insights to build inclusive, high-performing teams.
• Manage complex team member relations with confidentiality and sound judgment.
• Support development conversations, performance management, corrective actions, and conflict resolution.
• Ensure compliant processes across regional employment, contractor lifecycles, and policy updates.
• Collaborate with Legal, Finance, and People Ops to ensure accurate HR data in Workday and lifecycle processes.
• Support compensation cycles, calibrations, and workforce reporting.
