Job summary

Cloudbeds is seeking a Manager, HRBP to act as a strategic partner to senior leaders across North America and Canada. You will guide organizational design, culture, and team member relations while ensuring compliant processes across the region.

The role collaborates with HRBPs, People Ops, Talent Acquisition, Payroll, Workday, and executive leadership to drive global People strategy and regional programs. This is a high-visibility, remote position with regional scope.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary HRBP for North America and Canada.
• Lead organizational design, workforce planning, leadership coaching, talent programs and change initiatives.
• Manage team member relations with confidentiality and sound judgment; support development conversations and performance management.
• Ensure compliance for regional employment and contractor lifecycle; collaborate with Legal, Finance and People Ops.
• Partner with People Ops on onboarding, offboarding, transfers, and data accuracy in Workday; support reporting.
