Job summary

Raymond James is seeking a senior HR Workday Transformation professional to drive governance, pipeline, and end‑to‑end delivery of Workday initiatives in a hybrid/remote work model. The role requires strong PM/BA discipline, stakeholder partnering, and deep Workday expertise across multiple modules.

You will lead governance, manage the change pipeline, and collaborate with HR, IT, and senior leaders to deliver scalable Workday solutions that align with enterprise architecture and business

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree with 6–10 years in HR Product Management / HR.
Experience with Workday is required.
Configuration experience with Talent Management and Talent Acquisition strongly desired.
Financial Services experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

Establish governance for Workday enhancements and roadmaps.
Own and manage the pipeline and change schedule balancing priorities, dependencies, and resources.
Lead end‑to‑end delivery of initiatives from design through testing and deployment.
Partner with HR, IT, and business stakeholders to shape requirements into Workday designs.
Identify and manage risks, issues, dependencies, and constraints; drive mitigation plans.
Act as a Workday subject matter expert guiding solution decisions.
