Job summary

Sentara Health is seeking an HR Technology Architect to translate HR business needs into scalable, technology-driven solutions across the employee lifecycle, with a strong emphasis on Workday and enterprise integration. You will partner with HR, IT and other stakeholders to design and govern architecture standards that scale with the organization.

The role requires a bachelor’s degree in a related field and Workday experience, with certifications preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred in Information Technology, Human Resources, Business Administration or related field.
• Workday certifications or relevant architecture/technology certifications preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to architect and deliver HR technology solutions end-to-end across HR processes.

Responsibilities

• Partner with HR, IT and enterprise stakeholders to evaluate processes and identify improvement opportunities.
• Architect solutions across the employee lifecycle, guiding design, integrations and standards.
• Translate HR business needs into scalable technology solutions that align with enterprise architecture.
• Deliver HR technology solutions across multiple systems with Workday as a core platform.
