Sentara Health seeks an HR Technology Architect to partner across HR, HR Technology, IT and enterprise stakeholders, translating business needs into scalable Workday-centric solutions across the employee lifecycle.

The role focuses on guiding design, integrations and architecture standards while ensuring solutions are scalable and aligned with enterprise architecture. Strong Workday experience is required.

Formación

• Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
• Workday certifications or relevant architecture/technology certifications preferred.
• Experience architecting and delivering HR technology architecture and solutions across HR processes.

Responsabilidades

• Partner with HR, HR Technology, IT and enterprise stakeholders to evaluate processes and architect solutions.
• Guide solution design, integrations, technology decisions, and architecture standards.
• Deliver scalable, sustainable HR technology across end-to-end HR processes.
