Sentara Health is seeking an HR Technology Architect to translate HR business needs into scalable Workday-based solutions across the employee lifecycle. You will partner with HR, IT and enterprise stakeholders to design integrations and set architecture standards.

The role requires strong Workday experience, techno-functional capacity, and a background in HR technology architecture. Bachelor’s degree preferred; Workday certifications preferred.

Formación

• Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
• Workday certifications or relevant architecture/technology certifications preferred.
• Demonstrated experience architecting and delivering HR technology solutions across end-to-end HR business processes.

Responsabilidades

• Partner closely with HR, HR Technology, IT, and enterprise stakeholders to evaluate business processes and architect solutions across the employee lifecycle.
• Guide solution design, integrations, technology decisions, and architecture standards while ensuring scalability and sustainability.
• Translate HR challenges into scalable technical solutions rather than focusing solely on system configuration or development.
• Deliver HR technology architecture across multiple systems and ensure alignment with enterprise architecture.
