Job summary

Sentara Health is seeking an HR Technology Architect to serve as a strategic partner translating HR business needs into scalable technology solutions within the Workday ecosystem. • Demonstrated experience architecting and delivering HR technology solutions across end-to-end HR processes.

Responsibilities

• Partner with HR, HR Technology, IT and enterprise stakeholders to evaluate processes and architect solutions across the lifecycle.
• Guide solution design, integrations, technology decisions and architecture standards.
• Ensure solutions are scalable, sustainable and aligned with enterprise architecture.
• Translate HR business needs into scalable Workday-based technology solutions.
