Job summary

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
- Workday certifications or relevant architecture/technology certifications preferred.
- Strong Workday experience required; understanding of integrations, data, security, and downstream systems.
Responsibilities
- Partner with HR, HR Technology, IT, and stakeholders to evaluate processes and architect HR tech solutions.
- Guide solution design, integrations, technology decisions, and architecture standards for scalable HR systems.
- Translate HR challenges into scalable Workday-based technology solutions across the employee lifecycle.
