Job summary

Sentara Health is seeking an HR Technology Architect to translate HR needs into scalable technology solutions across the employee lifecycle. You will partner with HR, HR Technology, IT, and enterprise stakeholders to architect solutions, integrations, and architecture standards within the Workday ecosystem.

The role requires strong Workday experience and the ability to connect business processes, data, security, and downstream systems in a broader HR technology landscape.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred in IT/CS/HR/Business or related field.
• Demonstrated Workday experience and ability to architect solutions across HR processes.
• Experience designing end-to-end HR technology solutions and integrations.

Responsibilities

• Partner with HR, HR Technology, IT and stakeholders to evaluate business processes and architect scalable HR solutions.
• Translate HR business needs into architecture, guiding design, integrations, and security considerations.
• Deliver HR technology solutions that cover Talent Acquisition, Core HCM, Payroll, Time & Absence, and employee lifecycle processes.

Education

Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
