Sentara Health is seeking an HR Technology Architect to partner across Human Resources, translating business needs into scalable Workday solutions within the HR tech ecosystem. You’ll work with HR, IT, and enterprise stakeholders to evaluate processes and architect end-to-end HR workflows, from recruitment to employee lifecycle.

Candidates should have a Bachelor’s degree and strong Workday experience, with preferred certifications.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in information technology, computer science, human resources, business administration, or a related field preferred.
• Workday certifications or relevant architecture/technology certifications preferred.
• Demonstrated experience architecting and delivering HR technology solutions across end-to-end HR business processes.

Responsabilidades

• Partner with HR, HR Technology, IT and enterprise stakeholders to evaluate business processes and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Architect scalable HR technology solutions and guide solution design, integrations, and architecture standards.
• Deliver Workday-based solutions across Talent Acquisition, Core HCM, Compensation, Benefits, Payroll, Time & Absence, and employee lifecycle processes.
