Job summary
Sentara Health seeks an HR Technology Architect to translate HR business needs into scalable technology solutions across the full employee lifecycle. You will partner with HR, HR Technology, IT and stakeholders to design integrations, guide architecture decisions, and ensure scalable, enterprise-aligned solutions within the Workday ecosystem.
The ideal candidate has strong Workday experience, architecting end-to-end HR processes such as Talent Acquisition, Core HCM, Compensation, Benefits,
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, CS, HR, business, or related field preferred.
- Workday experience with integrations, data, security, and downstream systems.
- Workday certifications preferred.
- Experience architecting HR technology solutions across the HR lifecycle.
Responsibilities
- Partner with HR, HR Technology, IT and enterprise stakeholders to architect solutions across the employee lifecycle.
- Translate HR business needs into scalable technology solutions and recommendations.
- Define solution designs, integrations, and architecture standards aligned with enterprise architecture.
- Ensure HR technology solutions are scalable and sustainable across end-to-end processes.
