Sentara Health in the United States seeks an HR Technology Architect to translate HR business needs into scalable technology solutions across the employee lifecycle, with a strong focus on Workday. You will partner with HR, IT, and enterprise stakeholders to design, integrate, and govern HR systems.

The role emphasizes techno-functional thinking, deep Workday expertise, and architecture standards to ensure solutions are scalable, secure, and aligned with enterprise goals.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
• Workday certifications or relevant architecture/technology certifications preferred.
• Demonstrated experience architecting and delivering technology solutions across end-to-end HR business processes.

Responsabilidades

• Partner with HR, HR Technology, IT and other enterprise stakeholders to evaluate business processes and architect scalable HR solutions.
• Guide solution design, integrations, technology decisions and architecture standards.
• Ensure HR technology architectures are scalable and aligned with enterprise architecture and downstream systems.
