Sentara Health is seeking an HR Technology Architect to serve as a strategic partner across Human Resources, translating HR business needs into scalable technology solutions within Workday and the broader HR technology ecosystem.

The ideal candidate will collaborate with HR, HR Technology, IT and other stakeholders to architect solutions across the employee lifecycle, guide design decisions, and ensure scalability and alignment with enterprise architecture.

Formación

• Requires strong Workday experience and HR tech architecture background.
• Ability to translate HR challenges into scalable technology solutions.
• Experience partnering with HR, IT and enterprise stakeholders to design integrations.

Responsabilidades

• Partner with HR, HR Technology, IT and enterprise stakeholders to architect HR solutions across the employee lifecycle.
• Guide solution design, integrations, and architecture standards to ensure scalable, sustainable outcomes.
• Design and deliver HR technology solutions across end-to-end HR processes such as Talent Acquisition, Core HCM, Compensation, Benefits, Payroll, Time & Absence, and Performance.
• Demonstrate techno-functional capacity translating HR requirements into technical solutions rather than just configuration or development.
