Job summary

Sentara Health is seeking an HR Technology Architect to serve as a strategic partner across Human Resources, translating HR business needs into scalable Workday solutions and broader HR tech. You will guide end-to-end HR processes, integrations, data security, and architecture alignment with enterprise standards.

The candidate should have strong Workday experience, techno-functional capabilities, and a track record architecting HR technology across Talent Acquisition, Core HCM, Benefits,

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
• Workday certifications or relevant architecture/technology certifications preferred.
• Strong Workday experience with understanding of Workday capabilities, integrations, data, security, and downstream systems.

Responsibilities

• Translate HR business needs into scalable Workday solutions and related HR technology.
• Architect and deliver end-to-end HR technology solutions across employee lifecycle processes.
• Partner with HR, HR Technology, IT, and enterprise stakeholders to evaluate processes and architect solutions.
• Guide solution design, integrations, and architecture standards while ensuring scalability and alignment with enterprise architecture.
