Sentara Health is seeking an HR Technology Architect who serves as a strategic partner across Human Resources, translating business needs into scalable Workday solutions and a broader HR technology ecosystem.

You will collaborate with HR, IT, and enterprise stakeholders to design end-to-end HR processes, guide solution design, integrations, and architecture standards, and ensure that systems scale with organizational growth.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree preferred in IT, HR, or related field.
• Experience architecting HR technology and end-to-end processes.
• Demonstrated Workday expertise with integrations and data flow.

Responsabilidades

• Architect solutions across the employee lifecycle and HR processes.
• Partner with HR, HR Technology, IT and stakeholders to evaluate processes.
• Guide solution design, integrations, and architecture standards.
• Ensure scalable, sustainable HR technology solutions aligned with enterprise architecture.
