Ladders is seeking a Director, HR Technology & Data to drive the global HR technology and analytics agenda from a remote location. You will partner across HR and functions to transform systems, governance, and reporting, enabling better workforce decisions.

Lead a global team, shape governance standards, and ensure secure, scalable HR technology operations while delivering actionable insights and improved employee experience.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree or certification in IT or Information Systems.
• Ten years of experience in HR Technology or People Analytics.
• Experience with multi-country workforce data protection laws.
• Minimum five years of people leadership experience.
• Proven success with Workday implementations and optimization.
• Experience in developing workforce analytics strategies.
• Proficiency in data visualization tools like Power BI or Tableau.
