Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR or related field and 5+ years HR experience, or 7+ years relevant experience.
• 1 year supervisory experience in HR operations.
• Proven expertise in developing HR strategies that align with business goals.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement HR strategies to support organizational growth.
