Job summary

Ladders is seeking a Director, HR Business Partner - Corporate Functions to join the team remotely. The role serves as a strategic partner to senior leaders across corporate functions, shaping talent strategy, succession planning, and organizational effectiveness while influencing engagement, retention and performance.

You will help drive talent pipelines, use analytics to inform leadership decisions, and coach senior leaders.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive HR experience, particularly as an HR Business Partner for senior leaders.
• Strong expertise in employee relations, especially with executives.
• Experience in corporate functions like Legal, Finance, Marketing, or Strategy is preferred.
• Deep understanding of corporate operations and dynamics of supporting non-revenue-generating teams.
• Exceptional executive presence and discretion in handling confidential matters.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a strategic advisor to senior leaders, shaping talent strategy and succession planning
• Partner with leadership to enhance engagement, retention, and performance across Corporate Functions
• Proactively build talent pipelines and succession plans aligned with future business needs
• Leverage data analytics to inform leadership decisions and improve organizational health
• Promote leadership effectiveness through coaching and enablement of senior leaders
• Provide strategic counsel on organizational design and change management initiatives
• Build collaborative partnerships with HRBP teams for consistent execution of People Strategy
