Job summary

Ladders is seeking an Human Resources Assistant Director/S to join our team remotely. The role oversees employment operations, ensures compliance, and aligns HR execution with organizational priorities.

You will lead managers across HR functions, drive service excellence, and manage HR systems to support accurate, efficient operations. The position demands 3-5 years in HR operations, a solid understanding of employment law, and experience with ATS and HRIS.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Administration or related field.
• 3-5 years of progressively responsible experience in HR operations.
• Strong knowledge of employment law and record retention regulations.
• Experience with HR technology including applicant tracking systems and enterprise HRIS.
• Proven ability to lead process improvement and service optimization initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop managers and supervisors across multiple HR functions.
• Oversee daily employment operations and translate strategic priorities into actionable plans.
• Direct business operations with clear service standards and performance expectations.
• Manage the applicant tracking system and employment-related functions.
• Drive process improvement and system enhancement initiatives.
• Ensure data integrity and compliance in employment records management.
• Provide guidance on complex employment matters and represent the Director when needed.
