Ladders is seeking a Director, HRBP in San Francisco, CA, to act as a strategic partner to senior leaders and shape organizational effectiveness globally. You will guide large-scale HR initiatives, advise executive stakeholders, and align people programs with business goals, improving the employee experience and driving workforce strategies.

This leadership role reports to the SVP of HR and offers a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifikationen

• Master’s degree preferred or equivalent experience.
• 15+ years of progressive HR experience consulting C-suite executives in technology, preferably manufacturing.
• 8+ years of leadership experience managing teams.
