Sentara Health is seeking an HR Technology Architect to translate HR needs into scalable technology solutions. You will partner with HR, IT and enterprise stakeholders to design, integrate, and govern end-to-end HR processes using Workday and related systems.

The ideal candidate brings 8+ years of HR technology experience, strong Workday expertise, and a techno-functional mindset, with healthcare experience preferred. This role focuses on scalable architecture and enterprise alignment.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of relevant HR technology experience with a degree or 10+ years without.
• Strong Workday experience and ability to integrate HR processes with enterprise systems.
• Ability to translate HR business needs into scalable tech solutions in a techno-functional role.
• Experience architecting HR technology solutions in healthcare or complex environments.

Responsibilities

• Partner with HR, IT, and stakeholders to design scalable HR technology solutions.
• Translate requirements into architecture, integrations, and standards.
• Lead end-to-end HR tech projects across Talent, Core HCM, Payroll, Benefits.
• Ensure solutions are scalable, secure, and aligned with enterprise architecture.
