Sentara Health is seeking an HR Technology Architect to translate HR business needs into scalable technology solutions with a focus on Workday and end-to-end HR processes. The role partners with HR, HR Technology, IT and other stakeholders to design, integrate, and architect enterprise solutions.

The position requires strong Workday experience and a track record of delivering HR technology solutions across the employee lifecycle, aligning with enterprise architecture and security requirements.

Formación

• Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
• Workday certifications or relevant architecture/technology certifications preferred.
• Demonstrated experience architecting and delivering technology solutions across end-to-end HR business processes.
• Strong Workday experience required with understanding of Workday capabilities, business processes, integrations, data, security, and downstream systems.

Responsabilidades

• Partner closely with HR, HR Technology, IT and other enterprise stakeholders to evaluate business processes and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Architect solutions across the employee lifecycle and guide solution design, integrations, technology decisions and architecture standards.
• Ensure solutions are scalable, sustainable and aligned with enterprise architecture.
