Sentara Health is seeking an HR Technology Architect to translate HR business needs into scalable Workday-based technology solutions across end-to-end HR processes. The role partners with HR, IT and enterprise stakeholders to evaluate processes, guide design, integrations and architecture standards.

A bachelor’s degree is preferred and Workday certifications are a plus. The position offers a comprehensive benefits package and opportunities for bonus when criteria are met.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree preferred in IT, CS, HR, business administration or related field.
• Demonstrated Workday experience and architecture/ technology certifications preferred.
