Ladders is seeking an HR Business Partner Principal for a remote role, guiding senior leaders on people strategies and workforce planning across the organization.

You will leverage data, analytics, and modern HR technologies to identify gaps, influence executive decisions, and support long-term strategic initiatives in a Finance & Insurance context. Remote US-based candidates only; visa sponsorship not available.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience; 4 additional years of experience in lieu of degree may be considered
• 10 years of relevant HR experience with a focus on strategic initiatives
• Expertise in HR theories and technologies in complex environments
• Ability to translate data into compelling narratives for executive communication
• Experience designing long-term strategies in a matrixed organization
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent interpersonal and influencing skills with senior leaders

Responsibilities

• Develop and champion innovative HR strategies aligned with business objectives
• Translate macro talent strategies into actionable solutions for functional needs
• Drive innovation in HR using data analytics and emerging technologies
