You will own org design, workforce planning, talent management, and analytics, partnering with Centers of Excellence and executive leaders to turn data into action.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 7+ years of HR experience.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with senior leaders to translate business goals into HR strategies.
• Provide guidance on organizational design and workforce planning.
• Lead talent reviews, succession planning, and workforce analytics.
• Define and drive global delivery of talent processes and programs.
• Partner with leadership teams and HR Centers of Excellence to deliver integrated HR solutions.
• Use data to measure success and drive proactive actions.
