Job summary

Salesloft, Inc. in the United States (remote) is seeking a People Partner to act as strategic advisor to leaders across business units, owning people strategy and program quality while collaborating with Talent Acquisition, Total Rewards, Benefits, and Legal.

You’ll design talent strategies, coach executives, drive organizational agility, lead calibration and promotions, and analyze HRIS metrics to improve engagement and retention.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of progressive HR experience with at least 2 years as an HR Business Partner.
• Experience partnering with department leaders on workforce planning and organizational design.
• Ability to advise executives and managers on team design and people strategy.
• Experience leading organizational change, rapid scaling, or restructuring.
• Strong data analysis and interpretation of HRIS metrics to drive actions.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with discretion.

Responsibilities

• Design and execute talent strategies, workforce planning, and organizational design with client leaders.
• As a trusted advisor, coach executives and managers on team growth and people decisions.
• Lead change management initiatives to support transformation and scaling.
• Facilitate calibration and review conversations across the population and manage promotions.
• Review engagement results with leaders and drive action plans with frontline managers.
• Oversee employee relations and investigations, ensuring fairness and risk mitigation.
