Job summary
Ladders seeks a Lead HRIS Technology Consultant, Workday, to join a leader in the Finance & Insurance space. This role will shape and optimize the organization’s HR technology by supporting end users, translating business needs into system solutions, and improving the employee and HR experience.
You will partner with HR leaders and project teams to configure, test, and enhance HR systems across functional areas, participate in enterprise updates and automation efforts, and lead initiatives for
Qualifications
- 7+ years HRIS consulting experience with Workday preferred.
- Proficiency in seven or more HRIS functional areas (HCM, Benefits, Compensation, Reporting).
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Experience in an agile project environment.
Responsibilities
- Provide end-user support for HRIS-related issues.
- Analyze requirements, configure HRIS, test changes, and support data migration.
- Collaborate with HR leaders to improve processes and user experience.
- Review and test vendor software updates to align with strategy.
- Serve as HRIS SME for enterprise projects including mergers and acquisitions.
- Implement new HRIS features to support changing business needs.
- Drive system optimization initiatives through automation.
