Ladders is seeking a Director of HR to lead core people operations for a premier media organization. This remote role requires US-based candidates and offers a competitive $125,000-$150,000 salary with full benefits.

You will strengthen performance management, total rewards, and compliance while partnering with executive leadership to build scalable, tech-forward HR systems that empower managers and the entire workforce.

Formación

5–7 years of HR leadership experience.
Proven track record owning full performance cycle for 150+ employees.
Experience in compensation and benefits management and defending decisions to executives.
Strong multi-state HR compliance experience and backlog-clearing history.
Ability to build scalable people systems beyond initial deployment.
Experience scaling organizations and mentoring teams to high performance.

Responsabilidades

Own the end-to-end performance management cycle design, execution, and retrospectives.
Manage total rewards, including band design and benefits renewals.
Ensure multi-state HR compliance and backlog clearance.
Prepare managers for effective performance conversations and calibration.
Identify automation and tooling to streamline HR processes.
Lead a team of HR professionals and develop decision rights.
