Job summary

Eliassen Group is seeking a Manager, HR Programs to oversee day‑to‑day compensation programs, onboarding, personnel changes, and related workflows. You will lead people analytics reporting and ensure compliance with compensation laws and client requirements.

The role partners with HR and business leaders to standardize pay practices, maintain job descriptions, and optimize HR processes across the organization. Remote, permanent position with a competitive base salary.

Qualifications

• Oversees onboarding, promotions, transfers and other personnel actions.
• Ensures compliance with client requirements for internal bench employees.
• Partners with Talent Acquisition and Finance on job data and compensation components.
• Leads data integrity in HRIS and manages people analytics reporting.

Responsibilities

• Oversees day‑to‑day compensation processes for onboarding, promotions, transfers, and other personnel actions.
• Oversee compliance with client requirements for internal bench employees and manages escalations.
• Collaborates with Talent Acquisition and Finance to ensure accuracy and consistency of job data, salary details, and compensation components.
• Provides guidance to managers on offering compensation packages that are consistent, equitable, and aligned with company policies.
