Job summary

Eliassen Group is seeking a Manager, HR Programs to oversee day-to-day compensation programs and HR workflows, including onboarding, personnel changes, and compensation-driven processes.

The role partners with HR and business leaders to ensure compliant pay practices, manages HRIS data integrity, and leads People Analytics to improve efficiency and reporting. Remote, permanent position with a competitive base salary and bonus opportunity.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, organizational development, or similar field.
• 5+ years in HR Generalist or HR Specialist with onboarding/total rewards focus.
• 1-2 years of people management experience.
• Professional HR certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversees day-to-day compensation processes for onboarding, promotions, transfers, and other personnel actions.
• Ensure compliance with client requirements for internal bench employees and manage escalations.
• Collaborates with Talent Acquisition and Finance to ensure accuracy of job data, salary details, and compensation components.
• Provide guidance to managers on offering compensation packages that are consistent and aligned with policies.
• Maintain onboarding modules and templates within internal systems, up-to-date and compliant with government standards.
• Oversee data integrity in the HRIS system across all HR data sources.
• Oversee the People Analytics function and provide guidance as needed.
• Monitor compensation and reporting-related legislation and assess impact on policies and processes.
• Contribute to HR initiatives that improve employee experience and efficiency.
• Develop and maintain a library of job descriptions with version control and accessibility.
