Job summary

Eliassen Group is seeking a Manager, HR Programs to oversee compensation programs, onboarding, and HR workflows. You will partner with HR and business leaders to ensure compliant pay practices and accurate data management.

The role focuses on people analytics, policy guidance, and ensuring consistent, equitable compensation across the organization. Remote work options are available, with a strong emphasis on compliance and process improvements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, organizational development, or a similar field.
• 5+ years in a HR Generalist or HR Specialist role with onboarding/total rewards focus.
• 1-2 years of people management.
• HR analytics and HRIS data management preferred.
• Professional HR certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversees day‑to‑day compensation processes for onboarding and promotions.
• Ensure compliance with client requirements for internal bench employees.
• Collaborate with Talent Acquisition and Finance on job data and compensation components.
• Guide managers on offering consistent, equitable compensation packages.
• Maintain onboarding modules and templates in internal systems.
• Oversee HR data integrity across sources and HRIS.
• Lead People Analytics function and provide guidance.
• Monitor compensation legislation and advise on policy impact.
• Develop and manage a library of up‑to‑date job descriptions.
