Job summary

Eliassen Group is seeking a Manager, HR Programs to oversee compensation programs, onboarding workflows, and HR operations. This role partners with HR and business leaders to ensure compliant, accurate pay practices and streamlined processes.

Remote-friendly position with base salary $75,000–$85,000 plus annual bonus opportunities and comprehensive benefits. Requires 5+ years in HR roles and strong analytics experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, organizational development, or a similar field.
• 5+ years in an HR Generalist or HR Specialist role with onboarding and/or total rewards focus.
• 1-2 years of people management experience.
• Professional HR certification preferred.
• Experience with HR analytics and HRIS data management preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day compensation programs and onboarding workflows.
• Ensure compliance with client requirements for internal staff and manage escalations.
• Collaborate with Talent Acquisition and Finance on job data, salary details, and compensation components.
• Provide guidance to managers on offering consistent and aligned compensation packages.
• Maintain onboarding modules and templates in internal systems; ensure accuracy and compliance.
• Oversee HRIS data integrity and governance across HR data sources.
• Oversee the People Analytics function and provide guidance as needed.
• Monitor compensation and reporting legislation and assess impact on policies.
• Develop and maintain a library of up-to-date job descriptions; manage version control.
• Lead ad hoc projects related to compensation and government compliance.
• Support merger and acquisitions activities by overseeing data transfer.
