Randstad USA is seeking a Senior HR Operations Specialist for a 10-month remote contract across the US and Canada. You will partner with North American HR leaders to own end-to-end employee lifecycle workflows, drive Workday data integrity, and streamline cross-functional HR operations.

This is a high-visibility role offering remote flexibility and direct exposure to senior leadership. Ideal candidates have 5+ years in People Operations, 3+ years in Workday, and strong data skills.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in People Operations or HR shared services with HRBP partnerships.
• 3+ years navigating HRIS platforms, Workday preferred.
• Strong data accuracy, reporting and lifecycle auditing abilities.
• Good understanding of US employment practices; Canada familiarity a plus.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary operational partner for regional People Business Partners and managers.
• Maintain and audit Workday worker data across US and Canada for integrity and compliance.
• Oversee regional contingent workforce onboarding, extensions, and offboarding.
• Handle HR Operations Jira queue and shared inbox with high responsiveness.
• Identify inefficiencies and create standardized docs, workflows, and self-service resources.
• Track metrics like ticket volumes and resolution timelines to drive scalable solutions.
