DPR Construction is seeking a remote HR Support role that focuses on handling employee data in Workday, supporting transactional workflows, and assisting with talent programs and performance management initiatives.

Ideal candidates will have a High School diploma or equivalent and experience with Workday HRIS, along with exposure to compensation administration. This role supports the People Practices Services Delivery team within People Operations.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent is required.
• Experience with Workday HRIS is preferred.
• Experience in compensation administration is preferred.

Responsabilités

• Completes employee transactions in Workday ensuring accuracy and timely execution of operational workflows.
• Provides responsive support for transactional work requests to hiring managers, coaches, and People Practices teammates.
• Supports programs including talent assessments, development programs, employee recognition, and compensation processes.
• Supports performance management administration, certification management, and Learning Management System administration activities.
• Utilizes established templates for relocation and per diem agreements.
