Job summary

The Eliassen Group is seeking an experienced HR Data and Reporting Analyst to support HR Operations in a remote contract role. You will build and maintain Workday HR reports and dashboards, validate data, and provide insights across recruiting, payroll, benefits, and learning.

• Proven experience analyzing HR data and building actionable reports.
• Proficiency with Workday reporting tools and calculated fields.
• Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, lookups, formulas).
• Strong analytical and communication abilities with data-driven insights.
• Experience handling confidential information with discretion.

Responsibilities

• Partner with HR leaders and stakeholders to translate needs into reliable reports and dashboards.
• Develop and maintain standard and ad hoc Workday reports.
• Validate logic and reconcile data across HR processes.
• Document report definitions, data sources, and controls.
• Coordinate with HRIS for system changes and security.
• Monitor data quality and drive issue resolution.
• Analyze workforce trends and key HR metrics for management.
• Support audits and time-sensitive data requests.
