Job summary

IPI Technolab is seeking an HR Operations Executive to manage end-to-end onboarding, exit formalities, and all employee lifecycle activities in a remote work environment.

You will prepare offer letters, coordinate payroll-related data with managers, maintain accurate HR records, and ensure clear communication of HR policies. You will also support employee engagement and retention initiatives to foster a positive work culture.

Qualifications

• Candidates should have HR operations experience including onboarding and offboarding.
• Ability to coordinate payroll data and maintain accurate records.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for policy explanations.

Responsibilities

• Manage the complete employee onboarding process with documentation and coordination.
• Prepare and send offer letters and other employee communications.
• Conduct induction and orientation sessions for new joiners.
• Handle exit formalities including resignation coordination and clearance.
• Prepare and maintain salary-related data with managers and teams for payroll.
