Qualifications

• 2+ years related HR experience.
• Payroll experience preferred.
• Proficiency in HR software and systems.
• MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint).
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
• Attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Flexible and adaptable to changing priorities.

Responsibilities

• Provide support for payroll processing, including data entry, report generation, time sheet adjustments, and act as a backup for Payroll Manager.
• Answer employee questions and provide general HR support.
• Provide information to employees about benefits and pay questions.
• Ensure all necessary documents are processed and entered in the HRIS system.
• Assist with benefits enrollment, changes, and terminations.
• Assist employees with the completion of forms, including STD/LTD forms.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and HRIS data.
• Ensure HR practices comply with local, state, and federal regulations.
• Provide general administrative support to the HR department (scheduling, filing, reporting).
• Manage temp requests with staffing agencies, timecards, invoices, requests, and cancellations.
• Discuss process improvements and practical solutions.
