Job summary

Remote is hiring a Lifecycle Specialist, Employee Relations & Transitions to manage offboarding and employee relations for external workers. You will ensure legal compliance, provide first-level ER support, and drive process improvements across the Lifecycle team in a fast-paced, remote, async environment.

You will collaborate with Payroll, Legal, Benefits and other stakeholders to deliver accurate documentation and compliant outcomes globally.

Qualifications

• Experience as an HR Advisor or HR Business Partner with generalist HR competencies.
• Experience managing voluntary and involuntary exits with care and legal compliance across jurisdictions.
• Ability to interpret industrial instruments and advise on HR issues in ambiguous environments.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end employee exits across multiple international jurisdictions.
• Provide HR guidance on termination, resignations and transfers.
• Lead meetings with clients and employees, including terminations and settlements.
