Remote is seeking an HR AI and Automation Operations Lead to design and implement intelligent automation across HR workflows, supporting a globally distributed workforce. You will own automation strategy, build data pipelines, and integrate low-code tools with ERP, payroll, and case management systems.

The role emphasizes compliance, data privacy, and scalable processes, partnering with Product, Engineering, and IT to deliver high-impact solutions across regional operations.

Qualifications

• Progressive experience in automation, business process optimization, systems integration across HR or shared services.
• Experience building automation with low-code/no-code platforms and APIs, focused on employment workflows.
• Strong understanding of data privacy and compliance considerations in automated HR processes.

Responsibilities

• Automation Strategy & Ownership: drive multi-phase initiatives from planning to launch and optimization.
• Workflow Optimization & System Integration: map processes and architect end-to-end automated workflows.
• Low-Code Development & AI Implementation: prototype & deploy rapid automations; govern AI tools.
• Data Analytics & Insights: develop data models and dashboards for audits and metrics.
• Leadership & Team Enablement: mentor teams and promote AI/automation best practices.
