Job summary

EY Operations Coordinator within the Talent Enablement Center handles complex HR transactions with guidance and coaching opportunities. You will support field and EY Recruiting teams, perform reconciliations, escalate discrepancies, and contribute to reporting while ensuring high quality and timely processing.

This role requires a proactive mindset, strong communication, and the ability to work with minimal supervision across HR processes.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent experience.
• 1–3 years related HR experience preferred.
• Ability to research, analyze, interpret and document transactions.
• Delivers service that meets customers’ needs.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills.
• Anticipate clients’ needs and resolve issues.

Responsibilities

• Respond to internal and external customer needs and inquiries by analyzing the activity and performing necessary and appropriate actions to reach resolution, including non-routine inquiries.
• Use proven judgment and experience in applying concepts and guidelines; follows through on commitments and takes responsibility for results; effectively prioritizes assignments; identifies and proposes solutions for barriers to leadership
