Job summary

You will respond to internal customer needs, perform reconciliations, escalate discrepancies, and collaborate with Recruiting and Talent teams. A strong focus on accuracy, communication, and commitment to service is essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum high school diploma or equivalent work experience.
• 1–3 years related experience preferred in HR or recruitment.
• Ability to analyze, interpret, and document HR transactions with minimal supervision.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to anticipate client needs and resolve issues efficiently.

Responsibilities

• Respond to internal and external customer needs to reach resolution.
• Analyze activity and take appropriate actions for non-routine inquiries.
• Follow TEC procedures and escalate issues when needed.
• Prepare and run reporting as directed.
• Meet production and quality standards set by management.
