Lu Guasco & Co. is seeking an HR Operations Administrator to help build HR processes, SOPs, and workflows from the ground up in a high-growth environment.

You will own the full employee lifecycle, administer ADP Workforce Now, and partner with Finance on payroll changes, while supporting engagement and scalable systems. This remote-friendly role offers annual bonus, 401(k) match, and strong career growth.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of hands-on HR experience, startup experience preferred.
• Strong HR Operations and HRIS foundation; ADP Workforce NOW preferred.
• Comfortable owning the full employee lifecycle from onboarding through offboarding.
• Continual Improvement mindset—loves streamlining, improving, and building smarter workflows.
• Detail oriented and willing to roll up your sleeves in a growing environment.
• Strong organizational and technical skills (MS Office, pivot tables, VLOOKUP).
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Own day-to-day employee lifecycle transactions, including onboarding, job changes, promotions, transfers, and offboarding
• Administer ADP Workforce Now, maintaining accurate data and reports
• Build and maintain HR processes, workflows, templates, and SOPs
• Partner with Finance to audit and prepare payroll changes
• Manage the HR team inbox, providing timely employee support and routing questions to the appropriate team member
• Support employee engagement, recognition, and other People programs
• Coordinate onboarding logistics and support a seamless and outstanding new hire experience
• Partner with Head of HR on HR technology, process improvement, acquisition integration, and other special projects
