Job summary

Concentric Advisors in Seattle, WA is seeking a People Operations Partner to streamline HR operations for domestic and international teams. You’ll work with Recruiting, Payroll, Benefits, Legal, and external partners to keep employee experiences compliant and scalable.

Responsibilities include managing UKG HRIS, onboarding to offboarding for global staff, ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local laws, and supporting policies, training, and compensation analysis.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field.
• 5+ years HR-related experience including onboarding.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to work under pressure.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive data.
• Experience with HRIS and related software.

Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate employee data in UKG (HRIS).
• Manage the employee lifecycle from onboarding to offboarding for domestic and international staff.
• Serve as a point of contact for country-specific topics including policies, benefits, holidays, and employment practices.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws, including audits and reporting.
• Support with contracts and employment structures across countries with legal and vendors.
• Assist audits covering payroll, benefits, and data privacy (I-9, E-Verify, GDPR).
• Develop and implement HR policies, handbook materials, and communications.
• Support compensation analysis and job descriptions.
