You will start hands-on—managing core HR processes, employee data, payroll coordination, benefits, compliance—then build and lead an HR team as the company scales, delivering reliable support and scalable people programs.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of progressive HR experience across a broad range of responsibilities.
• Ability to lead HR function and partner with leaders.
• Experience in a remote-first or fully distributed environment.

Responsibilities

• Own day-to-day HR operations and employee lifecycle support.
