Job summary

Advocate Health is seeking a motivated Human Resources Intern for a remote, seasonal internship from May 31, 2027 to August 6, 2027. You will gain hands-on experience in recruitment, onboarding, engagement, and HR operations while working with experienced professionals in a supportive environment.

The role requires currently enrolled students in HR, business, psychology, or related fields, with strong communication, teamwork, and Excel skills.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled as a junior or senior pursuing a bachelor’s degree in HR, business, psychology, or related field.
• GPA of at least 2.5.
• Strong communication and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Assist with posting job openings and screening resumes.
• Schedule interviews and coordinate candidate communications.
• Support onboarding and orientation processes for new hires.
• Help maintain employee records and HR databases.
• Participate in employee engagement initiatives and events.
• Assist with HR reporting and data analysis.
