• Current enrollment as a junior or senior in an accredited college, pursuing an undergraduate degree.

Responsibilities

• Post job openings and screen resumes.
• Schedule interviews and coordinate candidate communications.
• Support onboarding and orientation for new hires.

• Participate in employee engagement initiatives and events.
• Assist with HR reporting and data analysis.
• Contribute to process improvement and HR documentation.
• Provide general administrative support to the HR team.
