Job summary

InteLogix, a leader in integrated solutions, seeks a Human Resources Generalist to support regions with a focus on California. You will handle employee relations, onboarding, training, performance management and policy implementation.

The role also maintains HRIS records, ensures CA wage/hour compliance, CFRA/PDL leave, PAGA exposure, and supports affirmative action. This remote, full-time position welcomes applicants across multiple US states.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field or relevant experience.
• 5+ years of progressive HR experience, preferably in a generalist role.
• 5+ years of HR generalist experience supporting California employees, including CA wage/hour rules, CFRA/PDL leave, PAGA exposure, and California-specific compliance.
• Working knowledge across compensation, organizational diagnosis, employee and union relations, diversity, performance management, and applicable employment laws.
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Experience with HRIS systems.

Responsibilities

• Assist in development and implementation of personnel policies and procedures.
• Handle employee relations counseling and exit interviewing.
• Participate in administrative staff meetings and training sessions.
• Maintain HRIS records and generate reports.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state and local employment and benefits laws.
• Support performance management processes, including disciplinary actions and PIP.
• Conduct HR investigations and provide recommendations.
