InteLogix is seeking a Human Resources Generalist to support designated regions with primary focus in California. Responsibilities include employee relations, onboarding, training, policy implementation, and compliance.

The role requires a Bachelor’s in HR or related field and 5+ years of HR generalist experience, including California-specific employment law knowledge. Remote work available for candidates in eligible states.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Admin, or related field or relevant experience.
• 5+ years of progressive HR experience, preferably as a generalist.
• 5+ years supporting California employees with CA wage/hour rules, CFRA/PDL, PAGA, and compliance.
• Knowledge of compensation, organizational diagnosis, employee and union relations, diversity, PM, and employment laws.

Responsabilidades

• Administer HR plans and procedures; prepare handbook and policies.
• Develop department goals, objectives and systems.
• Conduct new employee orientations; write and revise job descriptions.
• Handle employee relations counseling and exit interviewing.
• Participate in staff meetings and seminars.
• Maintain HRIS records and generate reports.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state and local laws.
• Support performance management processes and disciplinary actions.
• Conduct HR investigations and provide recommendations.
